Service Description
Move In Cleaning: Focuses on disinfecting and removing dust from renovations or previous occupants, ensuring a fresh, hygienic start in the new space. Move Out Cleaning: Focuses on returning the home to its original condition to pass landlord inspections and secure deposits. Kitchen: Deep cleaning of appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave), cabinet interiors, countertops, and sinks. Bathrooms: Sanitizing toilets, scrubbing showers, tubs, sinks, and mirrors.Throughout the Home: Vacuuming/mopping all floors, cleaning baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and cleaning inside closets. Additional Areas: Removal of cobwebs, cleaning windows/blinds, and wiping down doors/frames.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows (unable to access home) will incur a fee of $25.00 of the service cost. ​ We do understand life happens! To avoid a $25.00 fee please provide 24 hours notice. If you are sick we prefer to reschedule at the soonest available date.
